All documentation, communication with your veterinarian will be handled in detail to ensure you will not be doing all the work on top of managing the family's move across continents. We moved Beau from the US to Vietnam and while we had encountered a few hiccups with the airlines, (flight kept getting rescheduled, adding more stress to the already stressful situation due to the length of Beau's travel) these were out of our control. Janie handled this well and reassured me everything was being handled. Updates and tracking on Beau's flight were always shared , key contacts in Vietnam were in place, and I was easily able to communicate with all parties concerned. Beau's journey was not easy but he was reunited with us safely, he was healthy, a bit jet lagged and disoriented at first due to the length of the flight but was able to recover in 2 days. Worked with Janie and her team to move my two boys from Texas to Thailand, and I cannot say enough good things about them. We had some challenges from the outside world on this, and Janie stepped in and just took control to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and some of these challenges were not easy, such as my regular vet having let her USDA approval expire (Janie found a vet nearby to rush the exams and get the paperwork in on time). The communication throughout was exceptional, and the staff I met were absolutely amazing and handled my boys as if they were their own animals. Sunni, in particular, was amazing, as Aikman was overly stressed during the pickup in Texas, and she was extremely patient while I got him calmed down and we loaded up him and Emmitt for their trip. Let me put it this way... if you use another company, you are making a mistake. These guys have been doing this for about two decades and they are a well-oiled, and more importantly, caring, machine.
