Worked with Janie and her team to move my two boys from Texas to Thailand, and I cannot say enough good things about them. We had some challenges from the outside world on this, and Janie stepped in and just took control to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and some of these challenges were not easy, such as my regular vet having let her USDA approval expire (Janie found a vet nearby to rush the exams and get the paperwork in on time). The communication throughout was exceptional, and the staff I met were absolutely amazing and handled my boys as if they were their own animals. Sunni, in particular, was amazing, as Aikman was overly stressed during the pickup in Texas, and she was extremely patient while I got him calmed down and we loaded up him and Emmitt for their trip.
