You were wonderful! Sending my parrot, Yana, back to Hong Kong from California was not an easy task. With all the restrictions and requirements needed for birds to travel, we wouldn’t have been able to make things work without your help. You were always able to reply to our e-mails quick whenever we had a doubt or worry; and to take care of most of the the communications and documents needed during the process. I would never forget seeing our agent from Hong Kong receiving a phone call from you once Yana arrived in the airport. You were always “there” to keep track of every little detail! Thank you!
